This is my very first post & I just wanted to share info about myself & this blog.

ABOUT ME:

My name is Nicole and I am majoring in Event Management at University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. I am graduating in December of 2010 & very excited for the future. I love to eat! And I especially enjoy cooking, even though I may not always be the best at it. But hey, it is all about trial & error, right? Right! I also love to travel and hope to combine my two loves: food & travel into a career. I also enjoy writing and sharing my opinion, so that is where this blog idea came from!

ABOUT THE BLOG:

I was speaking with a frolleague (friend/colleague) and we were talking about food and what we want to do after we graduate. After some talking he finally convinced me to start my blog, so thank you. I have wanted to create this blog for a while and what better time to start then NOW! I am not a picky eater & am willing to try anything. I also have a high tolerance for spicy food (more stories on this later...) so am up for the challenge if spicy food comes my way. This blog is going to cover all different topics: from restaurants I visit, whether it is quick service or fine dining, to recipes I try, whether it is my own or a family or friend's recipe. I will let you know what I order, how it tasted, the service, & everything in between.

I hope you follow along & post your opinions about ANYTHING. So sit back, relax, and enjoy! Because I am not your mom and I am not going to tell you to stop playing with your food!
